Customer Service Representative
Mobile Works is scheduling interviews now for our open Customer Service Representative position in Chambersburg, PA. This is a part-time Monday through Friday position – beginning time 8:30 a.m. ending times vary but will not be required to work past 5:00 p.m. This is a seasonal position. Approximately 25+ hrs. per week based on work flow.
The compensation will range from $13-$15/hour based on work experience. Other aspects of the compensation package include:
- Paid holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day)

The duties associated with this position include:
- Making all outbound phone calls.
- Using our SRM system (Customer Relationship Management) to collect payments, email receipts, schedule estimate appointments and service appointments.
- Responding to online reviews and recording/reporting.
- Ensure customers have a “Mobile Works Experience” each and every time!
- Must be able to multi-task (Accuracy is VERY IMPORTANT)!
- Creating, editing and sending invoices when jobs are complete.
- Take payments via credit card through the CRM system over the phone.
Key Skills and Qualities
The Customer Service Representative must display a number of key skills and qualities to be effective. This is a fast paced, sometimes hectic work environment. A great CSR must be able to juggle multiple tasks at once, while maintaining a level head. Most importantly, the CSR must be able to care for our customers in an exceptional way at all times, regardless of circumstances. The “Mobile Works Experience” must be the primary focus. CSR candidates:
- Excellent customer service skills (Experienced)
- A positive, friendly demeanor – even when faced with negativity or hostility – Positive attitude
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
