Your role

As a territory sales manager, your core function is to drive revenue by advancing existing opportunities, closing hot opportunities, and bringing new opportunities into the pipeline. Sales is the lifeblood of the business, and your performance directly impacts the rest of our team and ultimately our clients. Your position will be based at our Chambersburg or Elizabethtown, PA locations. There is immense potential for success in these markets as you bring The Mobile Works Experience to these areas! This position will be the first established territory manager at this location. If you want to progress further into sales management, there will be potential to grow a team here in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

You will be visiting clients at their homes to provide recommendations and pricing on our superior exterior cleaning services. You will also visit property managers at commercial sites for larger and more complex quotes. We will show you what a high impact schedule looks like to deliver on results. For a brief period in November-December, you will provide pricing on our holiday lighting services in a similar way.

Mobile Works has an outstanding reputation online and in the communities we serve. Our marketing efforts generate on average 3-5 appointments per day during peak season for each territory manager. You will arrive on time at each appointment and present yourself professionally to a wide variety of clients.

You will assist with the company’s marketing efforts to generate your own leads – prospecting, placing yard signs, asking for referrals, talking to neighbors and offering free estimates, etc. You will be shown our strategies to deliver results in each of these areas.

Initial and ongoing training is provided on all aspects of sales within our company. You will be given the tools, methods, and resources to be successful in this industry, but you must be willing to learn to implement them in your daily routine. One-on-one training is provided in the first few weeks, and you will have ongoing direct mentorship from an experienced manager who will coach you on our sales processes.

Key Performance Indicators

You will be evaluated on various key performance indicators throughout your working experience with Mobile Works. Your manager will review these metrics with you on a weekly basis to ensure accountability. Your manager will review the quality of estimate notes and pictures, the consistency of your follow ups with unclosed deals, the number of yard signs displayed, your average ticket, your close ratio, and specific metrics related to your individual sales prospecting plan.

Qualifications and Experience:

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must pass criminal background check and drug screen

2 years of sales experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person from the ground up – a resilient attitude and a strong work ethic are the most important qualities we look for
